Project-based requests

Industrial Materials & Components

NTI may evaluate selected materials, components, and supporting equipment as project-based sourcing requests. This page complements the five priority areas; it does not establish a sixth full product division or an unrestricted catalog.

What a Request May Involve

A requirement may involve a drawing-based component, a specified material, a spare or replacement part, a fabricated item, a standard industrial component, or a package of related items. Feasibility depends on technical definition, quantity, documentation, supplier capability, and destination.

02

Provide a Controlled Specification

Where applicable, provide drawings and revision status, material designation, dimensions and tolerances, quantity, standards, inspection or testing requirements, certificates, marking and traceability needs, packaging, destination, and schedule. The buyer should identify which requirements are mandatory and which permit alternatives.

03

Evidence Must Match the Requirement

NTI can request and organize supplier information, material or inspection documents, and quotation exceptions. It does not certify a supplier, guarantee material conformity, or replace buyer approval, independent inspection, or laboratory verification where those controls are required.

04

Ask for a Feasibility Review

Send the available technical package and commercial context. NTI will first assess whether the request is sufficiently defined for supplier development and whether important evidence or clarification is missing.
